By entering the NLaiTN’s web site and using NLaiTN products and services, you hereby agree to the following terms of use agreement for Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) , and non-AI, powered products and services.

These Services Terms of Use ("AI & non-AI Terms") are an agreement between you ("you" or "user") and ("NLaiTN," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms supplement our general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other policies on our website (the "Site") and other documents. By accessing or using our AI, and non-AI, driven features and functions ("Services") of our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

The Site includes various AI-based features, tools, and functions designed to generate text, create images, offer product recommendations, provide conversational assistance, perform systematic (or programmatic) functions. The Services are part of our overall offerings and may be subject to modifications or updates at our discretion.

User Input (“Input”): You are responsible for any data, text, images, or other information you provide or upload to the Services.

AI Output (“Output”): The Services will generate content in response to your Input. The Output is based on the patterns and data the AI model was trained on and may not be unique. Input and Output are collectively referred to as “Content”.

You acknowledge and accept that:

• AI models are not perfect: The Output is generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or offensive.

• No substitute for human judgment: You should not rely on the Output as a sole source of truth or as a substitute for professional advice (e.g., medical, legal, financial, marketing).

• Review and verify: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any Output before using or publishing it.

• Human-generated disclosure: If you publish or share Output, you may be required to disclose that the content was AI-generated.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to provide confidential or sensitive information. You must not use the Services to infringe on intellectual property rights, generate harmful content, impersonate others, create misinformation, or distribute malware. Additionally, you may not attempt to reverse engineer the Services, use them to train other models without permission, or circumvent safety features.

You own your Input but grant us and our providers a license to use it for the Services. We grant you a limited license to use the Output, acknowledging it may not be unique. All IP rights in the Services themselves belong to the Company or its licensors.

The Services may utilize third-party AI models, meaning your Input might be shared with these providers. Their terms and privacy policies will also apply to their use of your data.

All NLaiTN Services and Output are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the services will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits resulting from your use of the AI Services or Output. Further, We shall not be liable in any circumstance or if any non-performance or a failure of the service is caused by acts/omissions of another service provider, equipment &/or software failures, telecommunication network &/or computer failures, litigation, regulation, internet &/or data transmission failures, acts of God or any other causes beyond Our reasonable control. We assume no liability for service outages or failure to store, deliver or timely deliver any messages or content. We expressly disavow any liability stemming from any issues of any nature or any electronic errors &/or omissions stemming from Your, or Your clients, use of the service (including any claims stemming from credit card issues of any kind). We (& our affiliates) expressly deny any liability whatsoever for incidental, compensatory, product related, indirect, speculative, special or consequential damages (including loss of profit or revenue) regardless of how such damages arise. You agree to hold Us harmless & to indemnify Us, Our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, any 3rd party service providers whose services are incorporated in this product offering, against all known or unknown claims arising from Your, or Your Patron’s, use of the service.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims or expenses arising from your Input, use of the AI Services or Output, or violation of these terms.

We may modify these terms and will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the AI Services after changes means you accept the new terms.
